We have proven success designing cultural and creative solutions for many different types of jobs. We have worked on award winning projects, including receiving a Preservation Award, and our areas of expertise include: modern private residences, historic preservation, adaptive re-use, mixed use, real estate development, remodels, commercial, and hospitality. We are a multi-faceted group who specialize in designing overall development concepts, branding, project management, interior design, decoration, and styling.

Interior Design
With 25+ years of experience in Interior Design, Re-Design founder Jennifer Kissling started her career in the high-end residential sector and as her business evolved, she expanded into commercial, adaptive re-use, mixed used, live/work lofts and development. Specializing in innovative design concepts, clever spacial layouts, and elegant interiors, her design is known for leading industry trends while authentically reflecting her clients needs and wants.
Project Management
Re-Design has 25 years of experience in project management, managing $30million+ development projects, world class cultural events, and high-end residential estates. Involved from concept to completion with ease and grace, the founder Jennifer Kissling has successfully assembled and managed multiple design teams, projects, and events simultaneously.
Real Estate Development
Re-Design's Jennifer Kissling is 5th Generation of a NYC Real Estate family and it is obvious from her projects and experience that Real Estate development runs deep in her blood. Several of the projects designed and managed command the highest rent per square foot upon completion, setting industry records. Jennifer is known for her ability to design innovative and clever development concepts, successfully implementing her vision as she project manages these progressive ventures.
Consultancy
A passionate art lover, collector and activist, Jennifer has a BA in Art History and travelled the word studying art and architecture. She has curated many cultural art events with UN dignitaries and in her free time she mentors artists through the non-profit foundation, Kigi Love, that she co-founded. Jennifer also served as an executive board member for Project Art.
Residential
Jennifer's background in fashion shines through her design as she styles the interiors of her clients’ residential homes. Simple elegance is her signature, yet she always adds a dramatic flair to the overall concept. Her homes are for living, and filled with warmth, they always reflect her clients’ style. Jennifer fully enjoys helping her clients discover what they truly desire in their homes and then they shop until they drop.
Freelance
Re-Design is available on a freelance basis. Charging a daily rate for set design, staging, small projects, art consultation and development design formulas, we love to expand and evolve. Please reach out with all requests, big or small.

Residential
We specialize in high-end residential homes and are grateful to have designed private residences in the following locations: New Canaan, Marblehead, Aspen, Manhattan, Stuart, Rumson, Stowe, Hamptons, Brooklyn, Bahamas, Palm Beach, St. Augustine, Greenwich, Buffalo, and Deal.
Work/Live Loft
We have worked on quite a few Factory to Loft conversions. In The Allentown Lofts project, we showcased the existing architectural elements and highlighted the industrial vibe. Exceeding expectations, the completed lofts commanded the highest rent per square foot, thus setting a new industry record.
Real Estate Development
We have proven success in designing sustainable business models for development. From conception to completion, we design and manage all aspects of our projects. Remington Lofts on the Canal was awarded a Historic Preservation Award. Clean, modern finishes juxtapose existing architectural elements, creating harmony within the interior design.
